He is still working on his work-life balance, but one thing is clear: no matter whether it's private or professional - nothing works without coffee!

Alexandr has already gained a lot of professional experience as a full-stack developer and is now focusing on the backend at Blackbit. His ambitious attitude and his eye for seamless cooperation between back- and frontend convinces customers and Blackbit alike. His ability to work in a team is also in demand after work, because that's when team player Alexandr likes to work off his energy playing volleyball or table tennis.

André has basically become a search engine himself and holds his hand over everything to do with SEA and SEO at Blackbit. With the other, he looks after his key accounts and takes care of the strategic project conception. With his sights firmly set on his goal, he has staying power and a lot of patience, just as he does when jogging, sailing or rowing in his free time.

Deviation from the standard in the most positive sense - that is Andrii's task in frontend development. He programmes his unusual solutions with React Native or Vue.js and ensures in quality management that no bugs have crept in.
He recovers from the working day with music on his ears and a visit to the gym. At the top of his bucket list is the dream of owning his own country house. Preferably close to the forest, because if Andrii were a plant, it would be a mighty old Sequoia.

Anett is so social: When it comes to community management or social media marketing and copywriting for websites, blogs and online shops, Anett accommodates everyone with SEO-optimised texts and keeps her pen high for target group justice.

She also keeps her audience in mind while juggling her many hobbies. Whether it's crocheting, knitting, textile upcycling, writing for her own blog or building insect hotels: the customer is king - or queen, if they're bees.

Highly motivated, inquisitive and persevering: Anton works on his skills and realises the wishes of our customers in the frontend. Fine-tuned interfaces with precise designs, intuitive design of multi-page websites and outstanding results for mobile devices - the frontend developer knows what matters.

With his Master's degree in Metrology and Information Measurement Technology from the renowned Polytechnic Institute Ihor Sikorskyj in Kiev and as a true Pimcore enthusiast, he is therefore exactly right for Blackbit! In his private life, he is passionate about the football club Arsenal London.

Few bugs, lots of independent development, a cup of tea and delicious food - that's all it takes and Arian's working day is perfect. He uses PhpStorm and Chrome to complete his tasks at Blackbit and also programmes in his free time. Because ambition knows no end of the day.

In her free time, the most she can do is score points at tennis, when she's not doing something nice with her family.

Application developer Christoph builds digital commerce platforms on a solid Pimcore foundation. As an accomplished backend builder with more than 20 years of experience, he completes even the most challenging projects for our customers. Away from the construction site, the Göttingen native belongs to his wife and two daughters. And then it's off to the bathtub with podcast!

Our experienced web developer Daniel spends most of his time installing, configuring and customising xt:Commerce systems as well as data migration processes. For this, he makes adjustments in Pimcore to enable the flawless transfer to xt:Commerce.

In his free time, the culinary creative likes to transfer food from his plate to his stomach and enjoys sharing his creations with others.

There for everyone and everything, he's not above doing anything. As co-founder and half of the management duo, Daniel advises customers on strategy and sales. At Blackbit, he organises operational processes, is responsible for the commercial side of things, takes care of new and current staff, takes care of purchasing and even picks up the drill himself from time to time.

Daniel is a real family man: in his private life as well as in the company organisation and customer relations. As time goes on, everything gains in quality.

David Gottschalk works for us in the area of Key Account Management & Business Development. He primarily supports our existing customers in making their online shop even more successful. The trained IT systems businessman brings the necessary expertise with him from his training. He developed a feel for the needs of customers during his many years as a senior key account manager for well-known companies in the news service and video asset management sectors. The Berlin native is not only sporty when it comes to satisfying our customers: the Harz Mountains provide the passionate racing cyclist with challenges that the capital city cannot offer him.

Our head of application development: Dennis hovers above things, including all processes related to the development of applications for our customers. He is responsible for the technical project conception, calculates the expected workload in each case, reliably evaluates new technologies and guides the developer team in new tasks. He doesn't stray far from this in his private life either, as his free time is dominated by technology: Netflix, games and YouTube provide the necessary diversion.

With an enormous amount of know-how about the various shop systems, modules and templates, Emre scores as an expert for online shop projects. Consulting and sales are just as much a part of her tasks as the competent and long-term support of existing Blackbit customers. Emre likes to recharge her batteries during long walks along the river Spree.

Our customer understanding looks deep into their souls to translate their wishes into programmable images for our developers. Where smoke rises, she is not far away. As a fire extinguisher in emergencies and a busy arsonist for new ideas, project manager Gabi is committed to her customers and also ignites the spark for customer projects among our developers. After the fire... er, after work, the muscles must burn with consuming HIIT or cardio workouts until the oven is finally turned off.

Man, Jan! Conception and development of Pimcore-based master data management solutions, implementation of interfaces between Pimcore and external systems - e.g. for merchandise management, online shops, marketplaces - as well as the creation of reusable plug-ins and advising clients on economic and technical challenges.

Jan Wieland is a Full Stack Developer at Blackbit. He started programming privately back in 1985, and since 2012 he has turned his passion into his profession. Born in Göttingen, he is responsible for the development of front- and back-end solutions. In his free time, he enjoys taking pictures in nature and playing billiards.

Jana is at home in the Adobe Creative Cloud - expressive graphic and web designs are her passion. Even in the heaviest downpour, the designer does not let herself be ruffled and fulfils the wishes of our customers with the help of Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & Co. She also creates extensive catalogues using the EasyCatalog software. After work, creative Jana likes to take up her drawing pencil and modelling clay or devote herself to sport shooting and hunting.

Kerstin is a media designer and proofreader - what has been set in Latin letters at Blackbit has been seen by her strict eagle eye. Her diligence grows out of an intimate love of language. And because everything is permitted in war and love, she mercilessly draws out the red pencil in the fight against oblique formulations, crooked metaphors and limp comparisons. She knows exactly the difference between a mother raven and a mother crow.

Our working student in online marketing didn't hesitate for long when he heard about Blackbit. Now he is constantly learning, not only at university, but also in his daily work at the agency. Technically interested and always thirsty for new knowledge, he masters the balancing act between lecture hall and agency.

Lisa sees herself as a gardener who plants barren landscapes at the request of customers and advises them on the selection of suitable plants. Structure is everything, which is why she tirelessly insists on the timely implementation of her planting calendar - from planting the seeds to harvesting. Our marketing student trainee is passionate about innovative digital technologies and how they change our world. That's why he's in the right place at Blackbit and has enjoyed working in an inspiring agency environment since he started.

Martyna Mozolewska has a bachelor's degree in economics and versatile experience from a wide range of industries, making her ideally suited for the turbulent job of project manager. She has already proven her stress resistance at a TV production company in Hamburg, a promotion company and a law firm. When she's not busy scurrying around, she likes to bake, work out or explore the world on her travels.
