And what else? Sleeping in, going to the lake for a swim, improvising on the keyboard, painting a picture, cuddling with his girlfriend and maybe watching a great PIXAR film - that's how Johannes recharges his batteries.

Kerstin Schmitz
Media Design / Proofreading
Kerstin is a media designer and proofreader - what was set in Latin letters at Blackbit has seen her stern eagle eye. Her meticulousness arises from her deep love for language. And because everything is allowed in war and love, she mercilessly pulls out the red pencil in the fight against weird formulations, crooked metaphors and limping comparisons. One also learns the difference between raven and crow mother from her.

Leon Ewert
Online-Marketing
Our working student in online marketing didn't hesitate for long when he heard about Blackbit. Now he is constantly learning, not only at university, but also in his daily work at the agency. Technically interested and always thirsty for new knowledge, he masters the balancing act between lecture hall and agency.
With comedy podcasts, music - live or canned - sports, a walk or meetings with his friends, he finds relaxation and recharges his batteries.

Lisa Kleffner

Structure is everything, which is why she is tirelessly insisting on the timely implementation of her planting calendar - from planting the seeds to harvesting. She continues to work in strict rhythm after work: fixed dinners with the family, weight training or agility with her hunting dog. Only a full week is a good week!

In order to find a balance to her sedentary everyday office life, she goes up high. Because on weekends she likes to go on a big tour in the Harz Mountains. What she hasn't seen on her trips, she simply adds at home. A good day for Max only ends when, after a successful day at work, he once again demonstrates his discipline in the dojo at his great offline passion WingTsun.

Nadine Bachert-Brückner
Administration / Financial Accounting
Nadine has always been good at memorizing numbers and is simply great with them. That's why she handles all the processes involved in planning, controlling, documentation and cost accounting for the company. This way she arrives at the overall result and can document the financial situation as well as changes in inventories - she thus determines what remains at the bottom line.
In her private life, she likes to turn her back on the realm of numbers and reset her computer in the fresh air - by bike or on foot and with her family and dog.

Nadine Bisikati
Assistance to the Management
Don't mess with Nadine! As head of the operative business she takes over everything concerning the organisation and control of the operational processes. Controlling is also in the hands of the avowed control freak. Nadine also describes herself as impatient, direct, impulsive, open and loud - just as you would wish your colleagues to be. Only in her free time, when she meets friends for cooking or when she travels around the world, does she sometimes become quite quiet.

Natalia Beznosko
Junior Front End Engineer
Front-end developer with a soft spot for design and a passion for technology. As soon as Natalia sits at the laptop and the hot coffee steams in the cup next to her, her thoughts flow almost by themselves. "If you can dream it, you can achieve it" is more than just a guiding principle for her: she lives and loves developing and outgrows herself every day. On weekends, she likes to retreat and loves to spend time with her family, preferably by the sea.

Olaf Guse

Art Director Olaf plays on a wide range of experience and composes web designs in Wordpress, so that our customers' websites and online stores offer something to the eye. Roman Lytin

Highly concentrated and motivated, our front-end developer Roman takes on the most difficult design challenges. His work demands: user-friendly features, perfect visuals and happy customers. He is just as familiar with PhpStorm, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator as he is with the frameworks Vue, React and Tailwind CSS. Since his heart beats for programming, Roman often sits at the computer in his free time. Besides codes, he also enjoys reading a good book - or the thoughts of his opponent in a game of chess.

Sarah Schüssler
Front End Development
Sarah joined our team directly from the web development boot camp to further develop her frontend skills as a trainee. Thanks to her curious and open mindset, she is making rapid progress. In the process, the biology graduate proves to be a team player of the likeable kind and has quickly found her niche.

His overview, combined with his communication skills, makes him the ideal link between Germany and Ukraine. Siska Wilde

Our all-round energy bundle: As a passionate art director, Siska plans, coordinates and accompanies all creative processes in our projects. This starts with the development of concepts, goes far beyond image editing and layout creation and doesn't end with the implementation of advertising measures in print and digital. Where does Siska get the power for all this? Spending time with her dog lady baby, rhythmic Zumba workouts and lots of sun - preferably under the Spanish sky.

Shopware 6, CMS, xt:Commerce and Styla - Valeriia has already acquired a decent portfolio, which she is continuously expanding. Her latest hobbyhorse is the JavaScript web framework Vue.js. In her private life, too, she is very inquisitive: she is passionate about history, costumes from different eras and the way of life of the people - whereby she prefers the renaissance of Italy and Spain. She strictly separates these very different fields of interest and keeps her tasks in focus.

Vyacheslav Semeniy
QA Automation Engineering
vyacheslav.semeniy@blackbit.de
The fact that Vyacheslav likes to take responsibility for things explains his choice of profession, because the quality automation developer checks whether everything is running as it should. If that's not the case, he gets behind it until it works again. When he's not busy looking for improvements and optimisation options, he's deepening his Python knowledge for an automated efficient workflow. A perfect Sunday for him means spending time with his wife or optimising his skills on the wakeboard.
